Visitor data

We do not track visitors. We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking tools on this website. We store no personal data about people who visit eurovi.be.

Competitor registrations

When you submit a registration form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, GitHub profile, video URL, and related details) solely to evaluate your candidacy and organise the competition. This data is processed by Google Forms and stored in Google's infrastructure.

All competitor registration data is deleted after the competition has concluded.

Photos and videos

Photos and videos taken during the competition event may be retained and published. By competing on stage, participants consent to being filmed and photographed. If you have a specific request regarding your image, contact us at hello@eurovi.be.
